Cabreira is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the University of California San Francisco. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Minor in Psychology, Cabreira has a Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from San Francisco State University, Certified by the American of Academy Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, and a Post-Master’s Degree in Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati. Certified Sexual Health Clinician. Certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners, completing a fellowship in Integrative Medicine. 

Cabreira has been featured and published in many articles, magazines, and interviews. She has been featured on podcasts and TV. She is a nationally known speaker and a writer. She is a healthcare business consultant and has spearheaded new businesses for organizations, and been on committees building policies and protocols for care pathway models for improving the quality of healthcare practice. Lacy is a certified nurse practitioner who is passionate about delivering comprehensive, compassionate, and holistic care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at California State University, East Bay with magna cum laude honors. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Western Governors University and earned her Family Nurse Practitioner Post-Master’s Certificate from Purdue University Global. She is also Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lacy worked at John Muir Medical Center on a medical-surgical unit as a registered nurse providing high-quality care to patients with complex surgical and medical conditions. She is passionate about evidence-based preventative medicine, Women’s Health, and helping her patients achieve their individual health care goals. Lacy values her patient relationships, assuring that her patients feel heard and cared for at every visit. She utilizes an all-encompassing, integrative approach with her patients to promote health, prevent disease, and optimize quality of life. Outside of the office, Lacy enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family.
